About the role

Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a Physical Therapist for their clinic in Spanaway, Washington. The position is full-time with a typical work schedule of four, ten-hour days per week, though five, eight-hour days are possible if preferred.

Responsibilities

• Treat one patient at a time, all the time
• Do not double book appointments
• Do not use aides to treat patients
• Prioritize the needs of each patient
• Implement a one-on-one approach to therapy
• Contribute to an exceptional learning environment
• Participate in mentorship, residency, and other continuing education opportunities
• Create a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements

• Completed degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
• Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
