About the role
Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a Physical Therapist for their clinic in Auburn, Washington. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule of four, ten-hour days per week, Wednesday through Saturday from 7:20am to 6pm.
Responsibilities
- Treat one patient at a time, all the time
- Do not double book appointments
- Do not use aides to treat patients
- Prioritize the patients' needs
- Offer a one-on-one approach to treatment
- Contribute to an exceptional learning environment
- Participate in mentorship, residency, and other continuing education opportunities
- Create a fun and supportive work environment
Requirements
- Minimum degree in Physical Therapy from an institution accredited by Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status)
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a passion for physical therapy and a commitment to providing high-quality care. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
