About the Role
Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is seeking a Physical Therapist for their clinic located in Lakewood, Washington. The position is full-time with a typical work schedule of four, ten-hour days per week, though five, eight-hour days are possible if preferred.
Responsibilities
Treat one patient at a time, all the time. Do not double book appointments and do not use aides to treat patients. Provide exceptional learning opportunities through mentorship, residency, and other continuing education programs. Create a positive work environment that is fun and supportive.
Requirements
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and a passion for physical therapy. Experience in treating sports-related injuries is a plus, but not required.
Skills
Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential.
