Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans

- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and insurance requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Experience in home health care setting preferred
