Phlebotomist Multiple Schedules

Vancouver Clinic is seeking WA State credentialed MA-Phlebotomists at Ridgefield who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and high-quality patient care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and will require floating to various locations. As a professional representative of the laboratory, the phlebotomist plays a key role in creating a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture collection
• Handle and process specimens
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support positive outcomes
• Utilize computerized EMR and Lab Information Systems

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist credential required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required
• Minimum of one year of experience using blood collection techniques in a clinical lab setting is preferred
• Ability to calm patients and work under stressful conditions
• Ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas (including vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment)

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM
• Rotating Saturday shifts (7:30 AM - 12:00 PM) with a $2.50/hour differential

Pay

Hiring range: $22.25–$27.45 per hour. Placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Pay range: $21.81 - $30.53 per hour.
