Phlebotomist Multiple Schedules
About the role
Vancouver Clinic is seeking WA State credentialed MA-Phlebotomists at Ridgefield who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and high-quality patient care. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and will require floating to various locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture collection
- Handle and process specimens
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to support positive outcomes
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist credential required or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification required
- Minimum of one year of experience using blood collection techniques in a clinical lab setting is preferred
- Ability to calm patients and work under stressful conditions
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of department procedures
- Computerized EMR and Lab Information Systems proficiency
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail

Pay
Hiring Range: generally between $22.25–$27.45 per hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience. Pay Range: $21.81 - $30.53
Schedule
- Full-Time (40 hours/week): 8:00a-5:00p
- Full-Time (40 hours/week): 8:45a-5:45p
- All schedules have rotating Saturday shifts (7:30a-12:00p)
- Saturday differential ($2.50/hour)
