Pharmacy Technician [SK-12590]

Your precision and dedication will drive the heart of medication fulfillment, contributing directly to patient care by processing prescriptions, resolving critical issues, and supporting the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities

• Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians.
• Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
• Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member concerns.
• Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or guidance on processing.
• Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls, providing professional and helpful support.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the pharmacy fulfillment system.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must possess a valid pharmacy license or trainee license.

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 5:00am – 3:00pm.
