You will play a vital role in the preparation and distribution of essential drug products, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Your precision and dedication will drive the heart of medication fulfillment, contributing directly to patient care by processing prescriptions, resolving critical issues, and supporting the smooth flow of operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians.
  • Accurately enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
  • Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member concerns.
  • Escalate questions regarding prescriptions to a Pharmacist for interpretation or guidance on processing.
  • Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls, providing professional and helpful support.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the pharmacy fulfillment system.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as required by the state of operation.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Must possess a valid pharmacy license or trainee license.

Schedule

Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday 5:00am – 3:00pm.
