Aquent is partnering with a leading healthcare services provider dedicated to elevating patient well-being through precise and timely delivery of essential medications. This role is pivotal in the medication fulfillment process, ensuring the safe and efficient distribution of critical medications while upholding the highest standards of precision and care. Your work will directly enhance patient health outcomes and provide invaluable peace of mind.

Responsibilities

  • Process prescription exceptions, resolving claim rejects and conducting outreach to members and physicians.
  • Accurately input member demographics and prescription details into advanced data processing systems.
  • Investigate and resolve complex rejected insurance billing issues and address escalated member concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate closely with Pharmacists, escalating prescription-related questions for expert interpretation and guidance.
  • Provide exceptional support by assisting with both inbound and outbound patient and physician communications.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned to support the seamless operation of pharmacy services.

Requirements

  • Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for the duration of the assignment.
  • Work on a W-2 basis (C2C or 1099 is not permitted).
  • Eligible for a Pharmacy Technician’s license in the relevant state.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification as mandated by state regulations.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Schedule

Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Either Thursday: 4:30 PM – 12:30 AM or Saturday: 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM
