Responsibilities
- Handle prior authorizations and answer related inquiries
- Apply for prior authorizations and communicate with facilities and physicians
- Manage daily rejects and interact with internal departments
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician License in the appropriate state
- Experience in a Pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of billing procedures and insurance processors
- Excellent customer service skills with a high attention to detail
