Failed Claims Pharmacy Technician

As a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician in Failed Claims, you will fill and count medications, perform varied activities, and support administrative and operational tasks. You will ensure inventory levels are adequate for dispensing by collaborating with the inventory supply team. You will work remotely and report to a leader in the Failed Claims department.

Required Qualifications

  • Must live in Arizona, Ohio, Texas, or Florida
  • Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the state you reside
  • National Certification, PTCB, or ExCPT
  • Experience using multiple computer applications simultaneously

  • Work at Home Requirements: Requires a dedicated space, internet meeting the minimum speed requirements, and protection of PHI/HIPAA information

Work Schedule

Occasional travel to Humana’s offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $40,000 - $52,300 per year
