About the role

As a Protocol Review Specialist (Sales Specialist) at Tribe Wellness Sales, you’ll be the spark that turns a purchase into a transformation—for pets and their people. You’ll sell products and services for our pet client, a company built for pet owners by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing. Your work ensures pets don’t miss out on better health, owners don’t lose confidence, and our mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through effective supplements doesn’t stall.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our pet health and wellness client, converting prospects into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders and leverage top-notch training resources to master sales techniques and represent Tribe’s ethos.
• Operate in a highly compliant, ethical sales environment, adhering to FTC regulations and never overpromising product capabilities.
• Maintain brand integrity by partnering with high-quality, FDA-regulated products and companies that care about what they sell.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starter motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment to support frequent phone and video calls without interruption.

Technical Setup

• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and headset to run our call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality (requires an inexpensive cable connecting your device to the modem).
• Dedicated internet speed supporting calls and video without freezing, delays, or dropped audio:
  • Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload.
  • Latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Pay

Two pay structures are available to suit your needs:

• Hourly + Commission: Earn minimum wage (permanent, not a draw) plus 4% - 12% commission on net sales within a 2-week pay period.
• Guaranteed Draw Against Commission: Earn a guaranteed draw ensuring you never fall below your state’s hourly wage. Commissions are 14% - 17% of net sales (20% - 25% of gross) based on sales within a 2-week pay period. On-target earnings are estimated between $55,000 - $100K in your first year.
