Product Specialist - Pet Health - Remote

About the Role

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. As a Protocol Review Specialist (Sales Specialist), you’ll be the spark that turns a purchase into a transformation—for pets and their people. You’ll sell products and services for our pet client, a company built for pet owners by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our pet wellness client, converting prospects into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders and leverage top-notch training resources to master sales techniques and represent Tribe’s ethos.
• Operate in a highly compliant, ethical sales environment, adhering to FTC regulations and avoiding unsubstantiated claims.
• Maintain brand integrity by partnering with high-quality, FDA-regulated products.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starter motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment to support frequent phone and video calls.

Technical Setup

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet speed with minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Pay

Two pay structures available:

• Hourly + Commission: US sales reps earn minimum wage (permanent, not a draw) plus 4% - 12% commission on net sales, based on a 2-week pay period.
• Guaranteed Draw Against Commission: US sales reps earn a guaranteed draw against commission, ensuring you never earn below your state’s hourly wage. Commissions are 14% - 17% of net sales (20% - 25% of gross) based on a 2-week pay period.

On-target earnings are estimated between $55,000 - $100K in your first year.
