Pet Health Product Specialist - Remote

As a Protocol Review Specialist (Sales Specialist), you’ll be the spark that turns a purchase into a transformation—for pets and their people. You’ll sell products and services for our pet client, a company built for pet owners, by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our pet wellness client, converting prospects into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders and leverage top-notch training resources to master sales techniques and represent Tribe’s ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, maximizing earning potential in a fully remote, global environment.
• Adhere to strict sales ethics, following all regulatory requirements and never overpromising or making unsubstantiated claims.
• Maintain brand integrity by partnering with high-quality, compliant brands.

Pay

Choose the pay structure that best fits your goals—both offer uncapped commission with estimated first-year on-target earnings of $55,000–$100,000 and unlimited upside based on performance.

• Hourly + Commission: Guaranteed hourly base rate (set at your state's minimum wage) paid every pay period, plus 4%–12% commission on net sales paid biweekly. Commission is earned on top of hourly pay, never against it.
• Higher-Commission Plan: 14%–17% commission on net sales (roughly 20%–25% of gross sales) paid biweekly. Includes a built-in earnings floor: if commissions fall below your state's minimum wage for hours worked, we make up the difference with a non-recoverable guarantee.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starter motivated by growth and sales excellence.
• Knowledge, background, or passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment to support frequent phone and video calls.

Technical Setup

• Fast, reliable laptop or desktop with working mic, camera, and headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet speed: minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
