Product Sales Specialist - Pet Health - Remote

About the role

You’ll sell products and services for our pet client, a company built for pet owners, by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing. Work in a global remote environment, utilizing our communication tools and platforms to transform clients’ prospects into brand loyalists.

• Leverage top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders in a fully remote, global environment.
• Operate with no cap on commission, maximizing your earning potential.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starter motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment to support frequent phone and video calls.

Technical Setup

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet speed with minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
• Ability to run our call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.

Pay

This is an hourly pay + commission role. All US sales reps earn minimum wage (permanent, not a draw against commission) in addition to sales commissions, based on bi-weekly sales. On-target earnings are estimated between $55,000 - $100K your first year.
