Description
The Personal Care Assistant (PCA)/Med Tech position is available at Strabane Woods of Washington, a part of UPMC Senior Communities managed by Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. This role is regular full-time and part-time, with shifts from 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM, including weekends and holidays.
Starting Pay
Starting pay is $16.74/hour to $21.75/hour, depending on experience, plus a $500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required or active registry status on the Pennsylvania Nurse Aide registry.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to effectively interact with both residents and team members.
- Excellent teamwork.
- Experience in Senior Living preferred.
- Experience in memory care (dementia or Alzheimer’s) preferred.
- Proven leadership experience preferred.
- Med Techs must be able to produce all documentation to prove received certificate in Medication Administration, including observation and insulin administration.
