Responsibilities

• Work exclusively for Presbyterian SeniorCare Network communities.
• Pick up shifts in multiple communities to meet your availability.
• Receive real-time access to earned wages up to 50% before payday.
• Earn a good living with competitive rates; the more shifts worked, the higher the wage.
• Create a schedule that balances work and life needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with older adults through direct care.

Requirements

• A minimum of 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED, or documentation that the GED or high school diploma will be received within 6 months of hire.
• A current, valid PA State Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• The ability to effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members.
• If you are a Med Tech, provide proof of training and recent competency testing.

Pay

Salary Range: $17 - $21/hour. Bi-weekly pay rate based on shift availability.

• Mccandless, PA: Cumberland Crossing Manor
• Erie, PA: Manchester Commons
• New Wilmington, PA: Shenango on the Green
