Personal Care Assistant (PCA) | Certified Med Tech

About the role

Rochester Manor+Villa is seeking compassionate individuals to join its Personal Care Team, providing direct care to residents with daily living activities such as meals, social activities, dressing, and other personal needs. The position is available full‑time and part‑time across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with meals and nutrition.
• Facilitate social activities and engagement.
• Help residents with dressing and personal hygiene.
• Provide other personal care needs as required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• FBI background check if not a Pennsylvania resident for at least two years.
