Personal Care Aide (PCA)/Med Tech - MyAgency Healthcare Staffing
MyAgency Healthcare Staffing is Presbyterian SeniorCare Network's healthcare staffing agency. We seek reliable people who embrace our high-quality care and performance standards and want the flexibility of a staffing agency. Positions are casual, hourly, and non-exempt.
Pay
Salary Range: $17 - $21/hour. Your bi-weekly pay rate is based on how many shifts you work per pay period. The more you work, the higher the wage.
Schedule
Flexible schedules and shifts are available to create a work/life balance that meets your needs. In exchange for the higher rate, MyAgency team members are expected to be available for and pick up shifts in multiple communities. Open shifts may be available in any of the following locations:
- Verona, PA: Longwood at Oakmont
- Oakmont, PA: The Willows, Westminster Place, and Woodside Place of Oakmont
- Washington, PA: Southmont, Southminster Place, Woodside Place of Washington, and Strabane Woods
- Cranberry Twp, PA: Sherwood Oaks
- McCandless, PA: Cumberland Crossing Manor
- Erie, PA: Manchester Commons
- New Wilmington, PA: Shenango on the Green

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents
- Build warm, friendly relationships with older adults
- Effectively interact with residents, resident families, and team members
Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED, or documentation that it will be received within 6 months of hire
- Current, valid PA State Driver’s License and reliable transportation
