Role Overview: This position involves directing and coordinating store operations in the absence of management to ensure efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include monitoring associate adherence to policies, operating cashier and courtesy desk, conducting inspections, maintaining store cleanliness and stock levels, and ensuring safety and food safety standards are met. Responsibilities may also include closing the store, assisting customers with product locations, and performing tasks across departments as needed. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma preferred; at least one year of retail or related experience is advantageous. Must possess strong reading, writing, and basic math skills, with an emphasis on detail orientation and suggestive selling knowledge. Ability to interpret documents and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, and environmental adaptability is required. Key Requirements: Ability to maintain safety and cleanliness standards, provide excellent guest experience, and perform physical tasks in a retail environment. Travel may be required.
