Electrician.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced electrician to join our company. You'll be responsible for installing, designing, and troubleshooting electrical wiring systems in commercial or industrial buildings, homes, large pieces of equipment, and machines. Our electrician may work inside or outside to properly wire lights, televisions, appliances, industrial equipment, and nearly anything requiring electricity to run correctly.

Responsibilities

• Install, design, and troubleshoot electrical wiring systems
• Exhibit trustworthiness and reliability
• Manage and supervise co-workers and tasks on jobsites
• Read blueprints, schematics, and written reference material
• Follow written and verbal instructions
• Perform mathematical calculations
• Diagnose and resolve electrical problems
• Use hand and power tools
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• 4 years in-field/on-site experience (Journeyman Certification)
• Valid Missouri Journeyman Electricians certificate
• Valid Missouri driver's license with no adverse driving history
• Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring, and operating principles of motors
• Knowledge of local electrical codes
• Detail oriented
• Residential and commercial experience required
• Service work experience a plus
• Low-voltage experience a plus

Schedule

• Full-time position: 40 hours per week (7am to 3:30 pm, Monday–Friday)
• Overtime hours as needed
• Flexible work hours
