Role Overview: This position involves directing and coordinating store operations in the absence of management to ensure efficient and economical store performance. Key Responsibilities: Monitor associate adherence to policies and safety guidelines.Operate cashier and courtesy desk, handle customer concerns.Conduct store inspections and provide feedback to managers.Manage store closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.Assist customers with product locations and ensure safety and food safety standards are met.Perform tasks across departments as needed and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma preferred.One year of retail or related experience preferred.Ability to read, write, and interpret documents with basic math skills.Knowledge of product placement and suggestive selling.Detail-oriented with physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and walk for extended periods. Work Environment & Requirements: Must adapt to varied temperatures, noise levels, and weather conditions. May require occasional travel. Accommodation available for disabilities.
