About the Role

This position oversees store operations in the absence of management to ensure efficiency and financial performance. The role involves handling customer concerns, conducting inspections, managing store security during closures, and maintaining a clean, well-stocked environment. Additional duties may include opening and closing responsibilities, assisting customers with product locations, and performing tasks in various departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• At least one year of retail or related experience
• Strong reading, writing, comprehension, and basic math skills
• Knowledge of suggestive selling techniques and product locations
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
