Responsibilities
- Own paid media performance across North America, with accountability for growth, efficiency, and learning
- Lead media strategy and investment planning across channels and the full funnel
- Set clear direction and priorities for agency partners to drive strong execution
- Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation roadmap to continuously improve media effectiveness
- Translate performance insights into recommendations for media allocation, creative direction, and optimization
- Partner with analytics to ensure measurement frameworks support decision-making and scale
- Align media plans with product launches, promotional calendars, and inventory considerations
- Communicate pacing, performance, and insights to senior stakeholders
- Build and refine processes, tools, and ways of working that enable the team and agencies to scale efficiently
- Identify opportunities to improve performance through automation, new platforms, or operating model changes
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, including ownership of large-scale national paid media budgets across multiple channels
