What You’ll Do:
- Plan, build, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels including Google, Meta, Display, CTV, and other emerging platforms.
- Focus primarily on new customer acquisition, using segmentation, lookalike audiences, and performance testing to identify and grow high-value audiences.
- Develop and manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage existing buyers and increase customer lifetime value.
- Continuously optimize campaigns toward key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
- Partner with Web Designers and Brand Strategist to ensure consistent creative, messaging, and targeting across channels.
What It Takes:
- A proven track record of driving results through innovative digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing programs, preferably within the ecommerce sector.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with digital advertisement platforms.
- Proficiency in digital analytics and reporting tools.
- A strong understanding of various digital marketing channels.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results within specified timelines.
