Marketing Strategist
What You’ll Do
- Own and lead the marketing strategy and execution for a portfolio of assets, including conventional, student housing, and new development communities.
- Tailor marketing initiatives based on market research, audience insights, asset performance, and business objectives.
- Act as the subject matter expert for your portfolio—analyzing performance across branding, advertising, digital presence, social media, and marketing spend to inform strategy.
- Develop and execute holistic marketing strategies that drive leasing velocity, elevate brand awareness, and maximize ROI.
- Lead marketing campaigns from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with brand identity, property goals, and audience engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and operational teams to bring strategy to life through seamless execution.
- Act as the primary strategic partner and liaison to property operations teams and key internal stakeholders, managing communications, expectations, and deliverables.
- Leverage project management tools to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely execution of marketing initiatives.
- Develop KPIs to measure success and provide regular reporting on campaign and portfolio-level marketing performance.
