Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse

Responsibilities

• Document patient assessments and progress
• Collaborate with care teams
• Making clinical decisions independently to ensure positive health outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the practicing state
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel regionally
• Able to conduct multiple patient visits weekly, including some evenings and weekends

Preferred Skills

• BSN degree
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy

Pay

The hourly rate varies based on experience and location, ranging from $38 to $63.
