Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion medications and provide follow-up care.
• Serve as the main contact for patient updates, documenting assessments and progress.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and therapeutic teams to meet patient needs.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 2 years RN experience, including at least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Strong IV insertion skills and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to patient homes and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
