Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse

About the role

Deliver care in patients' homes to improve health outcomes by safely administering specialty medications, including IV infusions, and collaborating with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications, including IV infusions
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
• Serve as the main contact for patient updates and care coordination
• Exercise clinical judgment to achieve optimal results

Requirements

• An active RN license
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (with 1 year in critical, acute, or home care)
• Proficiency in IV techniques
• A valid driver’s license
• The ability to travel and visit multiple patients weekly

Preferred qualifications

• A BSN
• Experience in infusion therapy
