Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse

Key Responsibilities

• Administer IV medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with care teams to promote holistic patient well-being.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Make clinical decisions independently to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the practice state.
• At least 2 years of RN experience, including 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.
• Able to conduct multiple patient visits weekly, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience with specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.
