Responsibilities
- Provide safe IV infusion medication administration
- Coordinate with care teams for holistic patient well-being
- Document assessments, treatments, and progress accurately
- Serve as the primary contact for patient updates and care coordination
- Make clinical decisions independently to achieve optimal results
Requirements
- Active RN license
- At least 2 years of RN experience (including 1 year in critical, acute, or home healthcare)
- Proficiency in IV techniques
- Absenteeism is not allowed due to travel within a large region
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience with infusion therapy preferred
