Qualifications & Skills
- Active RN license in the practicing state
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
- Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a broad geographic area
- Capability to conduct multiple patient visits weekly, including some evenings and weekends
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy preferred
Key Duties
- Administer specialty medications safely in patients' homes
- Partner with pharmacists and care teams to support patient well-being
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments
- Cookout patient care and serve as primary contact
