Per Diem Home Infusion Nurse

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Administer specialty medications safely in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams for holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatments.
• Cookordinate patient care and serve as primary contact.
• Make clinical decisions independently to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license in the practice state.
• At least 2 years of RN experience, with 1+ year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally.
• Capacity for multiple patient visits, including some evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Experience in specialty pharmacy or infusion therapy programs.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
