Per Diem First Assist Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative support in the Operating Room to ensure safe and successful surgical procedures.
• Perform first assisting duties alongside surgeons, including room setup and teardown.
• Maintain hemostasis and administer local anesthetics as needed.
• Follow OR standards and protocols throughout surgical processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• NV RN license and OR certification (CNOR).
• CRNFA or RNFA-C certification preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OR procedures and sterile techniques.
