About the role

We are seeking a seasoned PeopleSoft HCM Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive experience in Human Capital Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading functional design, configuration, and implementation efforts across multiple PeopleSoft HCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and functional design sessions.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and system performance.
• Provide SME-level guidance on best practices and optimization strategies.
• Support testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

Requirements

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft HCM functional experience.
• Strong expertise in multiple HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX (local candidates only).
