Summary/Objective
The People & Culture Specialist serves as a key first-line contact and operational backbone for the People & Culture team. This senior specialist role provides friendly, efficient support to Team Members while handling a wide range of day-to-day HR operations, compliance tasks, and administrative processes.

- Give consistent and timely candid feedback with compassion - your team members need to know where they stand at all times.
- Address doubts about team members swiftly with actionable feedback.
- Moves the Angel mission forward and exemplifies the team qualities required for working at Angel.
- Find creative solutions and break down barriers when faced with roadblocks, mistakes, or unforeseen circumstances.
