Summary/Objective

The People & Culture Specialist serves as a key first-line contact and operational backbone for the People & Culture team. This senior specialist role provides friendly, efficient support to Team Members while handling a wide range of day-to-day HR operations, compliance tasks, and administrative processes.

  • Be the owner of your outcomes, breaking down silos and coordinating with any and all people needed to achieve your goals.
  • Use resources wisely - whether that be money, people, or time.
  • Know your customer - ensure you understand their needs and provide what they need, not just what you want to build.
  • Own the success of your team members, including hiring, onboarding, setting goals, performance management, raises, terminations, etc.
  • Help team members grow and make the most of the resources they bring.
  • Create opportunities for team members to take initiative and ownership.
  • Give consistent and timely candid feedback with compassion - your team members need to know where they stand at all times.
  • Address doubts about team members swiftly with actionable feedback.
  • Moves the Angel mission forward and exemplifies the team qualities required for working at Angel.
  • Find creative solutions and break down barriers when faced with roadblocks, mistakes, or unforeseen circumstances.
