Key Responsibilities
- Supports front-line leadership with the management of team member relations cases, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and equitable outcomes.
- Administers HRIS and other People & Culture (P&C)-related systems to ensure efficient processes, data accuracy, and effective reporting.
- Supports initiatives to determine hiring needs, workforce planning, and succession planning strategies while ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives by partnering with stakeholders.
- Affirms P&C processes and programs to identify areas for improvement and recommends strategies for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness in line with business goals.
- Supports onboarding and training initiatives at the business unit level.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
- Years of Experience: 2-4 years
- Licenses/Certificates: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
- Field of Expertise: Manufacturing and/or Distribution; relevant industry experience
- Spans of Control: Does not Manage Southwire Team Members
