People and Culture Coordinator
About the role
We are seeking a proactive People and Culture Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our HR function and workplace operations. You will gain exposure to core HR processes, serve as a point of contact for employees on HR-related questions, play a key role in onboarding, support HR systems/data/processes, and own the day-to-day workplace operations that enable employees to do their best work.
What You'll Do
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle:
- Own onboarding coordination from offer acceptance through first 90 days
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure new hires are set up for success
- Track onboarding progress and follow up on key milestones
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and experience
HR Operations & Systems:
- Maintain HR systems (Paylocity, Lattice, benefits platforms) with a high level of accuracy
- Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions
- Support policy development and completion
- Support reporting, audits, and compliance requirements
- Aid in benefits administration and employee inquiries
Workplace Operations:
- Manage office operations including supplies, vendor coordination, and facilities requests
- Maintain a well-functioning and organized office environment (including kitchen, shared spaces, and materials)
- Coordinate ordering and inventory of office supplies and essentials
- Ensure new hires are fully set up (workspace, access, equipment coordination) on day one
- Support general administrative needs that enable smooth daily operations
Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement:
- Generate and analyze workforce data and reports
- Support training administration and completion tracking (including AI-based content)
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve People & Culture processes
