About the role
Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator supporting the team in a dynamic airport environment! Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 / Hour - DOE Hiring Immediately Full Time
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding process from offer to first day
- Manage new hire paperwork and HRIS system (SuccessFactors)
- Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
- Track employee attendance and assist with scheduling
- Help employees secure airport badges and parking access
- Be the go-to support for managers on HR tasks and systems
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
