Key Responsibilities

  • Document, setup, and maintain HRBP workflows to establish and ensure top-level colleague support
  • Support HRBPs with day-to-day HR activities including data analysis, reporting, documentation, and coordination of HR programs to better support and deliver HR services
  • Prepare and maintain employee reports related to turnover, engagement, promotions, performance, and headcount
  • Aid in performance management processes, tracking completion of reviews and corrective improvement plans
  • Carry out key administrative functions related to HRBP processes and colleague data, both recurring and as needed
  • Handle employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, SAP)
  • Draft and maintain HR documentation, such as position letters, job descriptions, and communication templates
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
  • Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries from managers or employees
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support business-specific needs
  • Support exit interviews to glean insights and patterns; handle termination documentation, exit checklist, and overall offboarding to ensure timely and compliant processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Two (2) years of related experience preferred; minimum of one year required
  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment law basics
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
