Key Responsibilities
- Document, setup, and maintain HRBP workflows to establish and ensure top-level colleague support
- Support HRBPs with day-to-day HR activities including data analysis, reporting, documentation, and coordination of HR programs to better support and deliver HR services
- Prepare and maintain employee reports related to turnover, engagement, promotions, performance, and headcount
- Aid in performance management processes, tracking completion of reviews and corrective improvement plans
- Carry out key administrative functions related to HRBP processes and colleague data, both recurring and as needed
- Handle employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, SAP)
- Draft and maintain HR documentation, such as position letters, job descriptions, and communication templates
- Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
- Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries from managers or employees
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support business-specific needs
- Support exit interviews to glean insights and patterns; handle termination documentation, exit checklist, and overall offboarding to ensure timely and compliant processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Two (2) years of related experience preferred; minimum of one year required
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred
- Knowledge of HR processes and employment law basics
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
