Role Summary:

Responsibilities:
- HR Processes & Data:
- Process HRIS transactions (hires, personal data changes, promotions, terminations, etc.)
- Serve as primary user for all HR systems: SAP, SmartRecruiters, etc.
- Run recurring and ad hoc reports and analyze HR metrics on attrition, performance, diversity, etc.
- Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Finance to field questions and resolve day-to-day employee issues
- Aid with annual processes (performance review process, salary planning, benefits open enrollment, etc.)
- Stay current on new regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Prepare job descriptions for open positions and post roles via nbcunicareers.com
- Facilitate the new hire onboarding process, including generating offer letters and processing background checks
- Support SCORE onboarding activities by coordinating required documentation, tracking completion steps, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure timely new hire setup
- Process new hires in SAP and complete I-9 verifications for new employees
- Provide processing support for onboarding-related transactions, employee updates, and HR coordination needs to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows
- Own assigned client groups entry level hiring in partnership with HR Lead
- 1+ years of work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent work experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Transactional experience using HR systems; SAP experience a plus
