PEDIATRIC PULMONOLOGY FELLOWSHIP DIRECTOR

Montefiore Medical Center is seeking a grant-funded position in the Bronx, New York.

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing grant-funded projects, ensuring compliance with funding requirements, and reporting progress to funders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage grant proposals and budgets
• Oversee grant-funded projects from inception to completion
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Report project progress and outcomes to funders and internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align grant objectives with organizational goals
• Monitor and adjust project plans as needed to meet funding deadlines and deliverables

Requirements

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., public health, social sciences, business administration)
• At least 5 years of experience in grant management or related field
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local grant programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
