Pediatric Pulmonology Physician

About the role

The position is a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Pulmonologist opportunity to join the Division of Pediatric Respiratory Medicine at McLane Children’s Scott & White in Central Texas. The Division offers a unique environment with a strong team of caregivers, a comprehensive sleep program, and access to advanced diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Mainly outpatient focused, with some inpatient rounding
• Participate in lectures, grand rounds, research, and quality improvement projects
• Work with pediatric residents and medical students
• Opportunity to participate in the Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis program

Requirements

• Board Certification in Pediatrics and Pulmonary Medicine
• Experience in pediatric pulmonology preferred

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Texas

Third in the group, joining a Physician and Nurse Practitioner Light call volume, Pediatric sleep program and sleep lab in place
