About the role
As a PC Specialist I, Public Sector K12 West, you will be responsible for providing technical support and managing inventory for public sector schools in the West region.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to schools in the West region, ensuring that all hardware and software issues are resolved promptly.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is replenished as needed.
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and provide recommendations for products and solutions.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of Lenovo products.
Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
