Make reservations
- Use up-selling techniques to maximize revenue
- Understand and follow hotel selling strategy based on room inventory
- Process changes and cancellations for group reservations
- Prepare group guest lists prior to arrival
- Dispatch guest requests to proper departments using designated program
- Follow up with departments and/or guests to ensure request completion
Operate PBX
- Answer incoming calls within 3 rings
Educate Guests
- Inform guests of hotel amenities and services
- Offer information about local community entertainment and restaurant venues
