Job Summary
This is a Full Time Day shift position. Hours are 6:45am - 7:15pm with rotating weekends.
Responsibilities
- Help to manage the facilities central telephone system by processing high volumes of incoming and outgoing calls, transferring callers to the correct extensions, monitoring emergency alarms, and dispatching security or maintenance as needed.
- Take an active role in communication for codes, conditions, and drills.
- Perform general clerical duties.
Qualifications
- A High School Graduate / GED is required.
- Previous PBX & clerical experience is preferred.
- Must have the ability to handle multi-line phone system.
- Must be customer service oriented and possess excellent verbal communication skills.
