Payroll Transformation & Implementation Project Manager - Americas

For our client, we are seeking a Payroll Transformation & Implementation Project Manager - Americas to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will lead payroll transformation and implementation initiatives across the Americas, with a strong focus on US and LATAM execution in managed services environments. You will guide projects from discovery through go-live and stabilization while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, payroll vendors, and local country stakeholders. The position requires strong project discipline, clear communication, and the ability to translate current-state payroll processes into future-state solutions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually Responsibilities Lead payroll implementation projects from initiation through go-live and stabilization Drive local country discovery workshops to understand current-state processes and define future-state solutions Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk registers, and status reports Coordinate activities across HR, Finance, IT, payroll vendors, and other key stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of project management experience in payroll and HR transformation projects Proven experience leading payroll implementations in US and LATAM within managed services environments Experience implementing a global payroll provider is required; experience with Strada is a plus Fluent English required; advanced Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong advantage Benefits Health, Life, and Disability insurance options, including PPO and High Deductible plans 401k Savings Plan with company contributions Paid parental leave up to 6 weeks Employee Assistance Program for mental and behavioral health support Flexible working with a remote work option Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
