Responsibilities
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas)
- Achie minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments
- Continuously update knowledge of Auris’ product/service portfolio and financial technology industry trends
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leaders
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners through personal visits and referrals
- Present Auris solutions during sales presentations
- Set and manage your own work schedule to optimize commission and residuals
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance
- At least two years of relevant experience in B2B sales
- Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills
- Works independently and collaboratively
- Accountable for measurable results
- Comfortable with an on-site presence
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Prior experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot

Compensation
First-year professionals may expect an average of $90,000 - $105,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity. Additional benefits include:
