Payroll Client Advisor

Responsibilities
- Prospecting and running Auris Payroll presentations both in person and over the phone to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently Atlas.
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure wins.
- Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio and financial technology industry changes.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with leaders.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
- Pre-employment background check completed.
- Lives in the area relative to the job posting.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and collaboratively.
- Incentive-driven sales mindset.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold-calling and face-to-face interactions.
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
- Minimum 50% field presence required.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prior experience in a B2B Sales role.
- Experience with a CRM tool like Salesforce or HubSpot.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is based on performance and can range from $90,000 to $105,000+ for top performers. The position offers a 100% commission-based structure with lifetime residuals and portfolio equity. Additionally, Acrisure provides:
