Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and running presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
  • Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas).
  • Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure wins.
  • Stay updated on the financial technology industry and current product/service portfolio.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader.
  • Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
  • Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
  • Pre-employment background check completed.
  • Lives in the area relative to the job posting.
  • At least two years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Incentive-driven sales “hunter”.
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
  • Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
  • Willing to work 50% of the time in the field.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED.
  • At least six years of relevant experience.
  • At least one to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
