Responsibilities
- Prospecting and running presentations to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses to close deals within a fast sales cycle.
- Maintain existing/prospective client records in the CRM system (Atlas).
- Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first-time appointments, to secure wins.
- Stay updated on the financial technology industry and current product/service portfolio.
- Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the leader.
- Train and coach Senior Product Advisors (SPAs).
- Provide status updates to the Payroll Division Manager.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid Driver’s License and auto insurance.
- Pre-employment background check completed.
- Lives in the area relative to the job posting.
- At least two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Incentive-driven sales “hunter”.
- Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
- High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
- Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face.
- Accountable for measurable, high-quality, timely results.
- Willing to work 50% of the time in the field.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED.
- At least six years of relevant experience.
- At least one to two years of supervisory experience preferred.
