Payroll Client Advisor
About the role
Auris is the payroll and HR partner built for small and medium-sized businesses who can’t afford to get it wrong. As a Payroll Client Advisor, you will prospect and deliver Auris Payroll presentations—both in-person and over the phone—to small and mid-sized merchants and businesses, closing deals within a fast sales cycle. You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and receive coaching from a Territory Manager.
During the training period, your manager will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our short-cycle sales process using our tablet-based CRM platform, Atlas, which handles lead generation, sales presentations, on-the-spot client financial analysis, and paperless contract processing. After training, you will set your own work schedule to maximize earnings from 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.
